Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
We gladly accept returns of items in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition within 60 days of receipt. Custom embroidered or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

For your convenience, returns can be initiated through our website or by contacting our customer support team at support@bearsscrubs.com.
Once we receive and process your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and an additional 2-3 business days for your financial institution to credit your account. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get your preferred item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Wrong Item(s) or Damage in Transit
If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged during shipping, we’ll make it right. Contact us immediately at support@bearsscrubs.com or with your order details for prompt assistance.
