Shipping Within the U.S.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and shipping method. Orders with in-stock items typically process within 1-2 business days. Custom embroidery may require an additional 2-3 business days for processing.
- After shipping, orders within the continental U.S. generally arrive within 4-6 business days. Please note that shipping times do not include weekends or holidays.
Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Use the provided link to view real-time updates. Alternatively, you can check the status of your shipment on our website.
Shipping Options
- 2-Day Shipping: Orders require 1 business day for processing. Orders under $65 are charged $10 for 2-day shipping.
- Free 2-Day Shipping: Available on orders of $65 or more within the continental U.S. No code required. The minimum subtotal excludes taxes and gift cards.
- Same-Day Local Delivery: Available for $5 within a 15-mile radius of our warehouse. Orders must be placed by 2PM EST for same-day delivery.
Additional Notes
- Orders containing backordered items will ship as soon as the items become available. These items may ship separately at no extra cost.
- Multiple items in an order may arrive in separate packages.
- Orders cannot be edited once placed. Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.
Exclusions and Limitations
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
- Express Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or remote locations.
Custom Orders
- Custom embroidery or logo items require additional processing time. Typically, this adds 3-5 business days before shipping.
