At Bear Scrubs, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help you make things right.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns of items that are in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition within 30 days of receiving your order. Custom-embroidered or personalized items are not eligible for returns, as they are specifically made for you.

To initiate a return, you can easily start the process through our website or contact our customer support team at support@bearsscrubs.com. We aim to make your return experience as smooth and quick as possible.

Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and an additional 2-3 business days for your financial institution to credit your account. Keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At Bear Scrubs, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, simply return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for your desired product. We're happy to help with any questions or concerns along the way.

Wrong Item(s) or Damage in Transit

We understand that sometimes things go wrong, and we’re here to fix it. If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please get in touch with us immediately at support@bearsscrubs.com. Provide us with your order details, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue and make sure you get exactly what you ordered.

Additional Notes

• All returns must include the original packing slip or proof of purchase to help us process your return more efficiently.
• Sale items or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure the items are just right.
